He also clarified where node_submit() has gone in Drupal 7 and how it will be easier to import data through various formats.

Some exciting topics covered were the expectations of products and services. Products that would consist of bundled packages of Drupal that will work in large scale environments or for specific client needs. Services that we may see from them would include maintenance of said packages and certification programs within Drupal.
